Lisa Henoch

As Director of Legal Counsel at DAFgiving360™, Lisa Henoch leads the Legal team in providing advice and guidance to the organization’s sales, service, operational, and investment activities. She also directs DAFgiving360’s corporate governance, government relations, strategic partnerships, and litigation and regulatory matters.  

Lisa brings 40 years of experience in the financial services and legal professions. This includes 10 years of regulatory enforcement at FINRA and nearly 20 years as Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel for TD Ameritrade, where she offered legal advice and guidance to TD Ameritrade’s broker dealers who provided products and services to independent registered investment advisors and retail clients. She is also responsible for the formation of TD Ameritrade Charitable Fund.  

Lisa joined Charles Schwab through the acquisition of TD Ameritrade, where she transitioned legal services, integrated functions and entities, and led the International Compliance Team. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.   

Lisa has established and endorses various college scholarships and endowments, supports the Kansas City Symphony, and has served as Director or President of local non-profit organizations.
