Lauren Mathers

Director, Service & Operations

Lauren Mathers serves as Director of Service & Operations at DAFgiving360™ and is responsible for ensuring excellence in all service and operational functions on behalf of donors, advisors, and charities. She provides strategic leadership in advancing our vision to become the leading giving solution in the U.S. by 2035. Lauren brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, starting at TD Ameritrade in 2011, transitioning to Schwab in 2015, and joining DAFgiving360 in 2025. 

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University, a Master of Legal Studies from Arizona State University, and has obtained her CFP® certification. She holds FINRA Series 7, 9/10, 24, 63, and 66 licenses as well as the TX Life and Health Insurance license. 

Lauren began volunteering at Special Olympics Texas in high school and has remained actively involved over the years. She is passionate about financial literacy and its importance in equalizing power of victims of abuse and/or social structure. Additionally, Lauren is a single mother to two young children.
