Adele Taylor
As head of Workplace Services for Charles Schwab®, Adele leads a portfolio of businesses supporting individuals investing and managing their wealth through workplace programs. This includes Retirement Plan Services, administering 401(k), defined benefit, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans; Stock Plan Services, administering equity compensation and stock purchase plans; Designated Brokerage Services, providing trade monitoring services on Schwab self-directed brokerage accounts; Personal Choice Retirement Accounts, a self-directed brokerage offering available on third-party retirement and health savings account platforms; Retirement Business Services, providing trust and custody to third-party recordkeepers; and Schwab Retirement Technologies, offering recordkeeping software to third-party administrators.
Prior to her current role, Adele served as Schwab’s Chief Administrative Officer, leading Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Real Estate & Security, and Vendor Management. She joined Schwab from Franklin Templeton, where she was SVP and Lead, Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to that, Adele served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company for over a decade, most recently as a Partner advising the retirement, asset management, wealth management and banking sectors.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia University.
